At Essence & Ember, every candle and fragrance is crafted with care, intention, and artistry. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
🌿 Returns & Exchanges
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
• Condition: Products must be in resalable condition. Items that have been burned, used, or altered cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different scent or product, we’ll gladly assist once the original item is returned.
✨ Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

1. Email us at support@essencesandember.com with your order number and reason for return, or by using the contact us form on our website.
2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.
Note: Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur. These are part of the artisanal nature of Essence & Ember and are not considered defects.
